IN- HOUSE TRAINING
Unleash Your Potential with K9 Baseball Development Pitching Program.
We understand each indivual is unique and the way they move is unique. We look under the hood with an in-depth pitching evaluation. The K9 team captures and breaks down your data and metrics by using a combination of Motor Preferences, Postural Restoration Institute, and years of experience to unlock your true potential.
Once the initial assessment is completed the athlete has the option to join the group training classes. We understand that “culture” is a huge piece to the puzzle in creating a well rounded baseball player. The culture required to promote development includes group training, healthy competition, and exploring new movements.
Group in house training occurs Monday- Thursday 5:30-7pm and 7-9pm and requires a 1 month commitment. YOU can attend upon to 2 sessions per week of your choice.
