    Chris was born and raised in Arabi, LA and was a Jesuit High Blue Jay and an LSU Tiger. Chris played baseball for the LSU Tigers from 2001-2005, earning all SEC academic honors and his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Chris then attended the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences where he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in August 2008. Chris has been the clinical director and an owner of Renew Physical Therapy for 14 years, proudly serving St. Tammany Parish residents with three locations.

    In addition to working as a physical therapist, Chris is also a pitching coach and movement specialist to many athletes, from youth athletes to college pitchers. He has trained with multiple MLB teams including the Phillies, Mariners, and Indians, to understand proper assessment and rehabilitation of the overhead athlete. His understanding of the musculoskeletal system as a whole allows for proper treatment of injuries and improving overall pitching mechanics to prevent further injury.

    After working with athletes as a PT for over 15 years eliminating arm pain and increasing agility and velocity he has recently developed a comprehensive program to proactively train/correct muscular imbalance, deficiencies, and poor movement patterns before injuries develop.
